Counsel to the Mass Litigation Panel – provides legal counsel to the seven circuit court judges appointed to serve on the Mass Litigation Panel; supports all aspects of the Panel’s activities on both the trial and resolution side of Mass Litigation cases assigned to the Panel; is the liaison between the Panel and attorneys, circuit clerks, court personnel, and the Supreme Court.
