| Copies of Past West Virginia Applications | |
| Copies of previously filed West Virginia bar applications are available to the applicant only if submitted in the preceding three years. Click the link and follow the instructions on the form to request a copy of your prior West Virginia bar application for your own records or for application to another jurisdiction. A fee of $0.25 per page applies, and our office will contact you regarding the amount of the required fee. If your application was filed more than three years ago but is required for application in another jurisdiction, our office will provide a letter indicating its unavailability upon receipt of your completed form. | |

To request a copy of your unofficial bar exam score, the date your application was received in our jurisdiction, or the date you sat for the West Virginia bar examination, email melissa.menefee@courtswv.gov with your request and include your name (if your name was different at the time you applied/took the examination, please include this information), date of birth, last four digits of your Social Security Number, and - if requesting your score - the month/year you sat for the examination. Your date of admission is located in your West Virginia State Bar record at https://wvbar.org/members/member-login/. | |
