GILMER COUNTY

Gilmer County is part of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, which also includes Braxton, Clay, and Webster Counties. 

In Family Court, Gilmer, Calhoun, Ritchie and Roane Counties make up the Fourth Family Court Circuit.

The county seat is Glenville.
