Harris, No. 17-0074 - Petitioners appeal the denial of their motion for summary judgment, based on absolute and/or qualified immunity, in respondent’s civil action related to his prosecution for conspiracy to commit threats in official and political matter, conspiracy to commit intimidation of a witness, obstructing a law enforcement officer, and conspiracy to commit obstructing a law enforcement officer. WITHDRAWN.

Gary Bush v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, No. 17-0690 - Petitioner appeals the order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County that granted summary judgment to respondent, finding that petitioner’s claims were barred by the statute of limitations. Petitioner filed suit against State Farm alleging bad faith and violations of the West Virginia Uniform Fair Trade Practices Act because he was not properly informed regarding his right to uninsured motorist coverage.
