Randall Dawson v. ISG Weirton, Inc., No. 16-1011 - Withdrawn.

Erie Insurance Property and Casualty Company v. Ricky A. Dolly, No. 16-1151 - Pursuant to Rule 54(b), Petitioner Erie Insurance Property and Casualty Co. (“Erie”), appeals the July 11, 2016, order denying its motion to dismiss Respondent Ricky A. Dolly’s action for a declaratory judgment of uninsured motorist’s coverage. Erie also appeals the November 10, 2016, order granting Mr. Dolly’s petition for declaratory relief against Erie. Mr. Dolly’s common law and statutory bad faith claims against Erie have been stayed pending this appeal.

Bill J. Crouch, Secretary of the WV DHHR v. Eric Gillispie, Administrator, 17-0025 - Petitioner appeals the December 23, 2016, order that denied his motion for summary judgment based on qualified and statutory immunity in respondent’s wrongful death action. Respondent’s decedent was his infant daughter who was the subject of a child and abuse investigation conducted by the DHHR.
