Traci M. Cook, et al. v. Paul J. Harris, Nos. 17-0066 & 17-0074 - Petitioners appeal the denial of their motion for summary judgment, based on absolute and/or qualified immunity, in respondent’s civil action related to his prosecution for conspiracy to commit threats in official and political matter, conspiracy to commit intimidation of a witness, obstructing a law enforcement officer, and conspiracy to commit obstructing a law enforcement officer. Continued to May 15, 2018.

Ralph Terry, Warden v. Bobby Ross, No. 16-1156 - Petitioner warden appeals the circuit court’s order granting respondent habeas relief in this civil matter.

Clifford Belcher, et al. v. Dynamic Energy, 17-0168 - Petitioners appeal the January 20, 2017, order of the Circuit Court of Wyoming County that denied their motion to set aside the verdicts and for a new trial in this case involving the alleged contamination of petitioners’ residential water wells by respondents Dynamic Energy, Inc., and Mechel Bluestone, Inc.

Dynamic Energy v. Clifford Belcher, et al., 17-0169 - Petitioners appeal the January 20, 2017, order of the Circuit Court of Wyoming County that denied their motion to dissolve a preliminary injunction issued on December 4, 2014, that ordered petitioners to supply replacement water to Respondents Clifford and Rachel Belcher, who had filed complaints against petitioners alleging that their mining activities contaminated their residential water wells.

In Re: J.P., E.P., and S.P., 17-0481 - Petitioner father appeals the circuit court’s dispositional order imposing a shared parenting plan in this abuse and neglect matter.
