LOCATION OF AND DIRECTIONS TO THE LIBRARY
The West Virginia State Law Library is in the East Wing of Building One of the State Capitol Complex at 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East in Charleston, West Virginia. There is metered parking available around the Capitol Complex. You may park at any meter that is not reserved (reserved meters will have cloth bags over them). Enter the building through the public entrance door on California Avenue (East Wing). Proceed through Capitol security. Take the elevator to the Fourth Floor and turn right when you exit the elevator. The Library is straight ahead at the end of the hall in Room E-404.
