Elder Law
Generally, the phrase Elder Law has been grouped into three areas: these areas are income and asset protection, health care, and autonomy. The Special Projects Division Director serves on the state’s Financial Exploitation of the Elderly Task Force and is one of the organizers of West Virginia’s annual commemoration of Elder Abuse Awareness Day. Director Jennifer Singletary is also a certified Elder Abuse Instructor through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center of the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security.
